In 2020, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is on track to ship our 50 millionth book to Africa! On September 24th at 7:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, BFA will host a Virtual Global Celebration!

The event includes a keynote address from His Excellency Dr. Barfuor Adjei-Barwuah, Ambassador of Ghana to the United States. It also includes a silent auction, a fund-a-need auction, and a video showing the journey of our 50 millionth book, Kofi Loves Music, to Ghana.

Ghana's ambassador to the United States, Dr. Barfuor Adjei-Barwuah, will deliver a keynote address on September 24 at this year's virtual ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø celebration of its shipment of the 50 millionth book to Africa. The Saint Paul, Minnesota based organization is the largest shipper of donated school textbooks to the continent.

The 50 millionth book, Kofi Loves Music, authored by Minnesota author Dr. Artika Tyner, was carried 60 miles by the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø founder Tom Warth during his annual walk from Wisconsin to Minnesota. Warth turned 84 in February.
